This first photo is actually from the end of the hike, but it was one of my favorite shots of the day. This is where the path comes back around to where they drive their trucks and ATVs, ride horses, and walk throughout all the seasons!
And of course, we had to take a self-timer photo on the iPhone ;)
Addie and Mark live about 5 miles outside of the city limits of our little town and they have some amazingly beautiful property out in the country. The four of us spent about an hour or two walking around in the snow and saw all sorts of natural beauty and geological treats! ;) I'll stop with the words for now and just let the pictures speak for themselves! :)
As our hike came to an end, I asked my friends to stop for a quick photo in the snow in front of their beautiful home
Thanks for walking with us in the snow in our beautiful Missouri Ozarks, and as always, be on the lookout for new outdoor adventures!!!
The crunch of the snow echoes in the silence of the cold. It is such a pretty place with the giant rocks. 🐓🐓
Blair Witch Snow Edition...Great photos and good looking dog @melodyrussell
we loved the snow, too!! those are some gorgeous rocks!
something that always amazes me about missouri is the amazing rock formations! we were taking the snow in too, it's so rare in these parts :) hope to meet y'all soon! hopefully it will snow again before spring "hits"!
I love this. The snow was so pretty, even if it was short-lived.
Amazing photography Beautiful path of life
Black and white are the colors of photography. To me they symbolize the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is forever subjected.
That was epic! Nice to see you all got some snow :) Really brightens things up hey. I loved all the photos of people, and the doggy too.
These expressions were really sublime, good capture:
The snow never lasts long around here anymore so we have to capture it as quickly as possible! I was using my zoom lens that day in hopes of catching the family of bald eagles that had been hanging out on their land but apparently they had moved on :( Jason got some great shots with the wide angle lens so I’m sure he’ll share them soon! :)
i like your pic , i feel freeze haha
great post @melodyrussell
It was really cold but we were prepared for the weather!
Congratulation
