I'm back!
Are you back, people of the day and people of the night?
Let's all be back.
Thanks to the mana I received through astral effects, I practiced polyamory spiritual yoga veganism, talked with fairies and took hallucinogenic flowers.
I didn't shower and elevated my chakra to the beta orbiters.
OOOOHM to my new aura and the sinbad pants.
NAMASTE.
Ok, that was a stupid joke to sound like a hippie freak.
The reality is that these days I've been working but also rambling around a lot.
It puts me at peace to ride my bike to the lake at night time or to visit some religious buildings.
I have the feeling that I'm going on a mission and I absorb and breathe in the surroundings. (OOOOHMMM!!!)
Today I want to show you the Po Banteay Chey Pagoda, a Buddhist complex, well kept by the monks living there and by the local community, that I visited a couple of days ago.
That's the entrance.
That's the "road" beside the Pagoda.
This Pagoda has colorful impressive paintings all over the outside and inside walls.
Some elephant sculpture surrounding the main Pagoda
This is the Buddhist cemetery on the back of the Pagoda.
Those are their tombs.
The caducity of life and the stunning sunset push me to reflect and enjoy the moment more and more.
The side of the Pagoda
More sculptures of people on horses.
At some point, behind the cemetery there was a squared lake with a Buddha in the middle.
THE PROVE THAT I WAS THERE.
Lateral point of view! Can you see what they did? There was some swans enjoying the freshness of the water.
Beside the lake, there were a couple of traditional Cambodian boats.
Random children walking around like drunks
Very close to the Pagoda, I found myself in front of a huge field of waterlily.
Can you see? It looks like a pitch, but there is a lot of water down there! How beautiful!
The way back. Cambodia is flooding!
Oh well. Goodbye selfie.
Leave a comment, anything.
Tell me that today you shit 3 times or that you think this post is quite crap.
Do it.
After the weekend I always have to shit three times a Day. Would it be from the beers or bbq?
coffee is the secret.
I might be writing this comment while sitting on the toilet. :D
How satisfying and liberatory!
The water lilies are amazing. Do they grow for food? Or selling, or just for fun? My guess is number two. Speaking of which, not yet O :
Looks to be a whole lot of fun bopping all around your area of the country. Very relaxing on the bike. Is that motorbike, or bike bike (I know you have a motorbike fo' sure.) Love both as a relaxing and fun way to get around. Stay dry, and keep on hippie'n, it's the bomb.
PS. are those Sinbad pants in the photo. I don't have any of those in my stylerobe...so I'm clueless
Actually those are lotus flowers! Is it the same than saying lilies in English? They use it here in a lot of food but also for Buddhist ceremonies.
Here it's my motorbike
I think of more like calla lilies or other lily flowers. I'm not all that familiar with the lotus flower. Though I'm sure some folks grow them here. Not in our woods though.
Cool bike, even cooler riding gloves. That is the primary way of getting around, in your part of the world, isn't it? Sure saves on gas too. I used to have a dirt bike, rode it all over the place. A whole lot of fun. Keep on bikin'.
I was to busy for a good shit today, so I posted some old poetry instead. Fascinating temples, always love the Buddhist love of colour.
I want to sit on one of those lily pad huts and stare off at the sky for a few hours.
I have not yet pooped today, but I think my dog did.
Avoid hot tea, bread and apples, make your ass "tight"!
(Ohhh, how I love what my blog became)
Sandrina, how did you know I shit 3 times today?! How uncanny.
^That made the post for me. Your humor is second to none.
LOL I love to say crap like that :)
I totally agree: Justin Bieber sucks!!
I love SPAM IN THE CAN. It is all I dream of.
If you just throw it hard enough, than an apple a day keeps anyone away ...
Wow that's beautiful. I have just finished my third shit of the day as well. It feels good to have unloaded
You ate a lot of prunes, eh
I live for them. Each night my dreams are full of wrinkled sweet fruits
Does anybody find Buddhist architecture a bit naff? Gothic churches, beautiful, Islamic mosques, geometrically sublime. The Vatican, very Italian! Many temples here, mmmmmm. Now the Hindu Angkor Wat, that is something to behold. Justin Bieber's tattoos, meeeehhhh.
let's see if anybody replies!
I'd almost bet you've got one of those tattoos ... hahaha.
Glad to have you back😎
Looks like a cool place to walk around. imo keep sharing.
But i just saw your comment at top of the comments with the beer-contest-thing... Nice.. I assume you won?
Anyway im a pretty boring guy i dont sh*t 3 times a day. And like to shower at least once a day. I do like those dont worry be hippie pants though :D
I have to wait few more days (I think 4) to figure out if I won any prize. There is a bot that does a draw of number. I will make a post and announce if I win!
Showering is really bad. Now it is trendy to be filthy :)
Living there i would probably live in the shower... But it is interesting that people like to be as natural as possible. However is washing yourself not natural also?
Some people love to stinks and put perfume on top of their smell. How natural is that?
What an extraordinary place. You could spend a lifetime looking at all the details and carvings. I guess that's what the monks do.
Amazing that they can put all that energy into the temple but they cant make a proper road.
I have not shit yet today but I am just about to make coffee so this may change at any moment.
