I will act as sales agent to help with selling accounts.
My fee is 10% of sale.
The way it works:
Browse the list of accounts for sale and send a memo to me or get onto our discord https://discord.gg/Pd6cYTh
We will make a contract and sign it on the STEEM block-chain and then exchange password via discord.
Payment will be sent to this account and held here in escrow for the 1 month period of changing passwords to expire, then will be passed onto original account owner.

This is an immutable block-chain. All transactions are visible forever. I would act as an intermediary that will hold the tokens in escrow until 31 after the new owner has taken control.
But what if you get 10,000 STEEM to hold and you just exit scam?

My goal is to start small with transactions less than 100 STEEM to start with. As I help people and have successfully acted as a broker for the transition of accounts, I will be able to provide you with referrals of actual customers.
Let me ask you which account on the block-chain would you be willing to spend 10,000 STEEM without any SP in it?
Is there an name you would be willing to pay 1000 STEEM for?

Yes, I know many accounts worth more than 10k or even 100k STEEM.
If account owner don't have time/ don't want to wait 3 months to pwer down, someone else could buy account with STEEM and than wait 3 months to get SP to STEEM.
First account get STEEM fast, buyer can get cheaper STEEM.
Just account name can be worth much. I would pay few thousand STEEM for account like @randowhale.
Seller would get all STEEM 2.5 months earlier, but would still have to wait for 31 days to clear so that the seller could not collect tokens and change owner password.
Every transaction across the block-chains can be traced with enough time. I can guarantee that if I was using it as an exit scam someone with hacking skills would track down the person withdrawing the USD.
When are you going to turn the voting back on for SteemSnake?
Have you thought of a daily post we could upvote as a thank you for your service? It could show who got the highest score in the last 24 hours and who played the most.
Steem Snake's voting bot will be re-enabled when v2.0 will be released.
Maybe I will start with daily posts in future.
If I am holding 10,000 STEEM my commission is 10% which is 1,000 STEEM over a month. Would you try to exit scam a business that was providing you with 1,000 STEEM for acting as an escrow for a month? Especially if you asked for reviews after the process was done so that people like yourself could come and read others good/bad experiences?

Eventually I will sell an account and then I will develop a reputation for being a safe place to buy/sell/trade accounts.
Interesting idea but you won't see me selling my account :P
Some people have multiple accounts and maybe want to sell one :) I am trying to offer an escrow type service so that the 2 parties can buy and sell without having to worry.
