Not much else can be done, bringing all their rep to 0 would require thousands of dollars of downvotes and not really accomplish much. Now that I don't run a blacklist or irredeemables, there is no global way to hide things until the decentralized blacklists are working.
I recommend personally muting the account so you don't see it anymore. Best solution for now.
