Hey Steem,
My first day of my challenge...
It was a great day. I did "EVERYTHING" that I needed to do to start the process...
#1. I got proper sleep...LOL in the past I was doing roughly 4-5 hours of solid sleep which is not sufficient
to function properly. So, I slept for a solid 8 hours ( I was super tired ). I felt good my body really needed it and I felt
focused.
#2. I hit the gym this afternoon for 1 1/2 hrs. 45 minutes of weight training and 45 minutes of cardio.
#3. Did my blog for today and my Youtube video for today.
I am stoked. First day completed!!!
***Also I got to watch the movie "Fighting With My Family" which is at the Red Box ( if you still go there as I do )
I am pretty sure is on Netflix also, it's an excellent movie. I highly recommend it.
So that's it for today...
Going to have me some adult beverages and try to get me another 6 -8 hrs of sleep.
