Hey Steem,

Mid week already...

This week is flying. But what do they say, "time fly's when you're having fun"...

Part of my morning routine is hitting the gym. I've been doing this for years now. I like to get my training done first thing in the morning. I like to take care of myself so no matter what happens during my day I know I got my work out in. Furthermore training first thing in the morning prepares me physically and mentally for the day. The blood is flowing and I am pumped and super focus. My current workout is 45 minutes of weight training. Then afterwards 45 minutes of cardio.

After training we're ready to conquer the day!!!
