I Habibilah with my son was covering the flooding that happened in Matangkuli, North Aceh Regency. North Aceh often flooded every year which caused the inhabitants were forced to evacuate to a safe location. Despite the frequent floods in the region, but the local Government of North Aceh has not made permanent dikes to cope with flooding. This photo is perpetuated by my best friend Erwin on April 2016.
