I don't live in Seattle or Tacoma, but I know people who do, and it is getting to be really troubling as I hear about the various criminal attacks on innocent people. The police, it seems, are doing the best they can, but the Seattle City Council is doing everything they can to minimize the police effectiveness. This is egregious. I cannot understand why the citizens of Seattle are tolerating the Seattle City Council. Are they so blinded by manipulation of the politicians that they do not see the poisonous environment they are creating. The city and county arrests people multiple times on serious assault charges, and lets them go in about 24 hours. It is only a matter of time (usually a short time) when they are back out attacking someone else. Thankfully, in several cases there have been passersby who notice the attack and step in to help such as with the case above.
And the governor of Washington, Jay Inslee, who, sadly, is also running for president gave "a three times and you're out" 1995 convicted criminal clemency for a second time a few days ago. He is now on the loose, cannot be found, and law enforcement is having to spend valuable resources to try to find this guy, and citizens are at risk from attack by this convicted criminal. https://mynorthwest.com/1482116/dori-three-strikes-felon/ What is wrong with the governor?
