The Portuguese dates back in the 16th century built watchtowers to control the coastline and trade ports of the Sultanate of Oman capital Muscat. One of them was restored in 1983 and converted into an Omani cultural history that is accessible only far from the palace and forts of the old city Muscat.
Die Portugiesen stammen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und bauten Wachtürme, um die Küste und die Handelshäfen der Hauptstadt Maskat des Sultanats Oman zu kontrollieren.
