hi there guys! It's @cryptov here! We all know drinking water is good, but drinking a lot of water cause overhydration and it is dangerous!! Let's see it's disadvantages -
- normally people who exercises in the warm weather thinks that they might be drink a little bit more water, but trust me, drinking more than enough will lead to water intoxication.
- The salt and other electrolyte stuffs will be diluted, a condition called Hyponatremia will occur, and level of sodium in our body will decrease dangerously which might cause death. It's the main problem of overhydration.
So basically this is all. Average fluid taking a day would be around 8-10 glasses of water for an adult man. So stay alerted, drink sufficient, but not extra!
