Fasting Notes

It's not that hard and I actually enjoyed it. I will definitely make fasting a regular part of my life and my go to technique whenever I need to heal or cure any disease in my body.

The interesting thing is it actually speeds up your metabolism. You'd think that it should be slowed down since it's been resting, but mine was just on fire when I eventually ate again, which is great of course.

I also feel more in tune with my body...you definitely don't want to put any junk into it after this cleanse.
It makes you realize that just because you are hungry, that doesn't mean you need food. Hunger simply means your stomach is empty and the acids don't have anything to digest. You know you need food when you feel it in your body, ie your body starts to feel weaker...that is when you need food, and that is when you want to feed your body good fuel that is nutritious, rich in minerals and vitamins and healthy proteins and fats.

Just won't attempt this without coffee (black). The withdrawal is just too much, lol.

PS. Above picture is the after...not much of a difference, but I feel tons better, so mission accomplished I'd say.
