I agree with everything in this article and I've read this information elsewhere as well. Of course, we must all drink enough water. I'm glad you posted this. The only thing I'd like to add is that depending on various factors like our age, activity level, etc, we might need to drink more than 1.5 liters - 2 liters of water.

For example, if we exercise a lot, then we might need to drink more water. Also, water from other sources like tea, coffee, juice, etc also counts towards one' s daily requirement of water.
