Water is essential for the body, but the modern recommendations of eight glasses a day are not based on science, they are based on the pharmaceutical industry trying to keep people sick.
Toxins are stored in the fat cells, so when people go on "water only fasts", they don't lose much weight (compared to 5+ pounds a day on a dry fast) because the body doesn't break into the fat storage to release water, so all they're doing is drinking and peeing, but the fat, and the toxins stored in the fat, are remaining mostly untouched...
Likewise, doctors recommend those eight glasses a day, and tell their patients that if their urine is yellow, they are not getting enough water... This is a huge lie... Yellow urine is a sign that the kidneys are properly removing the toxins from the body, but when a person drinks too much water, the kidneys become overloaded, and they cannot do their job properly, so the water just goes through them, but the toxins remain in the body, which is of course what the pharmaceutical industry wants, to keep their paying customers coming back.
So when people are trying to get healthy, or detox off of drugs and other harmful stuff, a dry fast makes the fat cells release the water and toxins QUICKLY, so that the person gets the bad stuff out of their body faster, and recovers faster.

Very healthy education. I wish we could have more people like you who understand the conspiracy of the big pharmas that profit billion dollars every year at the expenses of the consumers who have bad lifestyle and often visit doctors and use these chemical drugs. We all should change our lifestyle and discipline ourselves to live in natural ways. Organics are the best if possible. We don't have to drink if we are not thirsty. No need to drink too much water or not enough drinking daily. The body will tell when we need to drink but not to drink too little.
You don't need 8 glasses a day, that's true.
But toxins?
Just a trending word. 😂
Adam ruins everything, thanks, added to post.
That video was great! Drinking when thirsty seems to be the best policy!
Before I watched this video I was trying to force myself to drink all that water, now I know we don't need to force ourselves to drink it's better when you're thirsty. It makes so much more sence!
Great, Thanks.
Beautiful water day great

this is a very educative post....i will practice dry fast more often to detoxify my body of toxins . thanks for sharing
In rare cases, drinking associate degree extreme quantity during a short time may be dangerous. It will cause the extent of salt, or sodium, in your blood to drop too low. that is a condition known as symptom. It's very serious, and may be fatal. you will hear it known as water intoxication.
This upsets me. I love water <3 It makes a lot of sense though...the yellow mellow is never a pleasant smell... Probably why it's so easy to convince people that that's bad!
This is very interesting. I feel better drinking more water, though. Water is my "coffee" since I don't drink cafieine anymore, and it surely helps wake me up in the morning. There is rarely a night I don't wake up with a very dry mouth/throat here and need a few sips of water. It could be the different climate that I'm not used to. I never drink soda, mainly water and tea. This is something I might have to look further into on my time off. Fasts certainly do have their benefits, but they are not good for an extended period of time.
Or one can hit the sauna and then drink lots of water 😂
