a famous waterfall that Twin Peaks made more famous
The Salish Lodge is right next to Snoqualmie Falls. After an overnight and a fabulous breakfast at the lodge, my wife and I walked over to witness the falls on the 24th of July, 2012, near the end of our Amtrak Coast Starlight vacation. Though every waterfall constantly changes, recognition was immediate — this one denotes title sequences in Twin Peaks, the edgy TV-film series that originally brought us together.
I already shared glimpses of our Snoqualmie Falls visit here and here.
A hint of Douglas Fir needles in the air!
