I watched the video and I'm thankful I did.. The idea of following up when we are curious is a great start to self-discovery and even adventure. Facing our fears on the other hand, empowers our mind to be the best we can and even exceed our expectations. It frees us from the shackles hindering us to excel. Lots of wisdom in that video.
