It does have a particular taste, for sure, but I love it 😁
we leached them a few times, so the bitter taste was gone. We’re still experimenting with how often we have to do that. It is quite a lot of work ^^
Oh, and I mixed it with 1/3 of other flour, sit wasn’t pure acorn

It definitely is a lot of work, but it is a good foraging skill to know how to do, especially if you live somewhere where acorns are abundant.
