I've now had tongue scraping, oil pulling, movement exercises (Qigong), a capsule of Vitamin-C and Magnesium each, and an additional two half glasses of water with a fractal of celtic sea salt. While I'm preparing and sending this Snap/Wave, I'm enjoying my hot lemon.
