I've now had tongue scraping, oil pulling, movement exercises (Qigong), two half glasses of water with a fractal of celtic sea salt and a capsule of Magnesium. While I'm preparing and sending this Snap/Wave, I'm looking forward to a hot lemon.

In the meantime I heard too much is not the way to go, but I like it with a tiny bit. Completely enough for me. And it makes me drink a lot more and with appetite then usually without.
