I've now had half a glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling and movement exercises (Qigong) some time ago. And now I'm gonna prepare myself a hot lemon, at actually 556 movements. See how I started riding the waves for more.

PS: Oh, and even though it wasn't long ago, I forgot to mention back then that I had 1 magnesium and 1 vitamin C ahead of my lemon, as I had forgotten that yesterday completely.
