My breakfast is nearly always a green smoothie with variety of greens from the garden (stinging nettles and beet greens at the moment) plus banana, chia seeds, apple etc. It's healing food instead of fake Frankenfood.

Yeah I love a good green smoothie. Smoothies are a really good way to start the day. I like to stop by the family dollar store on the way home from work sometimes and grab snacks though. Keeps me from being hangry though the weekend
