I don't know what you mean with
not in the hive social network. 🤯 The HIVE token itself can be used as a form of payment, while Hive Power is staked HIVE that provides you !INDEED with "more influence" at a cost of a 13-week undelegation period. 😅 !DIYBy 'not in the hive social network, I mean,... umm internal and external to the hive platform.
I mean if I have hive on a hard wallet or exchange its not to the benefit of hive social(best words I can think of).
If I move that hive to the wallet on keychain, its still (I think) not to the benefit of the social platform, but when I move to to HP then it is?
Many Hive users would say that simply holding HIVE (not necessarily as Hive Power) already helps the Hive community, because it !INDEED helps keep the price of the token up (or keep from going down). 🤯🤓 !DIY

I would recommend that you stake your (liquid/unstaked) HIVE as Hive Power or convert it to HBD then put it on Hive Savings, unless you !INDEED plan to use it to pay for something (such as buying #HiveEngine tokens or creating a community using 3 HIVE each). 🤓 !DIY
Have moved a bit more to HP and given some to @slim-steve7 to help him start, tho dunno if it does help, but at least it's something to play with !indeed.
I would highly recommend simply delegating Hive Power (HP) to a new Hive user to help them start !INDEED, because if you send them HIVE tokens (or stake HP to them directly) and they go inactive, then those tokens would be dormant where they would otherwise be usable by you after you withdraw your delegation of HP). 🤯🤓 !DIY
