Investigating new mushroom varieties in Portugal... So excited to have found an amanita caesarea yesterday - most delicioso!! - plus a Matt Bolete, and multiple very large Parasol mushrooms: abundance!!

Mushrooms are very good for the body. I prefer it than meat

I was so gutted to miss mushroom season twice .. left Australia before they started and then the northern hemi before they started. Looks like same again next year 😭😭😭
