Yeah we have different scales of what is considered hot and cold here too.
Cape Town is more temperate with 20-25 being ideal. over 25 to 32 is hot, over 32 is very hot. Around 14-17 its a cool/cold day. Single digits is very cold.
Singapore is mostly 25-31.
