yes it is cuz of the west
normally the west only uses cancer inducing seed oils, only some old school healthy people use cold presses olive oil to stay healthy
I think people are waking up and do not want the seed oil plastics (by interaction with the sun) in their skin and body anymore
normally all seed oils -> now just a few waking up and demanding real oil -> price rises
especially strong in our shithole planned economy socialism crap
I have been using Extra Olive Oil for a long time now and it have never been this expensive. It changed under and after Corona.
This bottle (750 mL) cost me $20 in the US.

Possibly! There was a report some years back that olive oils from Italy are almost always mixed with cheaper oil, even though it only says olive. Apparently the mafia runs the oil market there and wants more profit. 😂 But I am allergic to all nuts and seeds, so I don't chance it. The report said California olive oils were all safe that they tested (they tried three from CA) so I stick with that.
Ye, I have read that report about Italy aswell, but this is what they stock up on in the stores xD

I can properly buy it online, but I would need to do some research and read other peoples studies to find something which is good x)
Or I could just buy Bryan Johnsons Blueprint Olive Oil if you know him.

Over here the cheapest olive oils is around $5
I used to be $5 here for normal oils aswell x)
