That's an option too, especially if you're watching carbs. Some people who don't like the texture of the curds blend it up, and you can use it in a lot of recipes that way to make stuff creamy and boost the protein.
I am a huge fan of rice pudding, so I don't mind the texture at all.
Yeah I like the texture too, just putting it out there so you can explore more possibilities for cottage cheese 😁
