Sadly, configuring the new install on my replacement laptop isn't going very well. I might need to install something else. 😕

Fedora Silverblue?
Maybe the Linux Mint would be a better choice.
At least the Linux Mint is a more known, more popular Linux distribution than the Fedora Silverblue.
I've gone back to Ubuntu 24.04 but now that's playing up too. The VPN worked at first now it refuses to connect. I'm wondering if I should reboot my router. 🤔
Did the reboot helped?
If not, then maybe it is worth to ask on Ubuntu Forums with a detailed description, including the type and the hardware specifications of the laptop.
Maybe someone know the solution.
So, I'm a little further forward. OpenVPN is complaining about the TLS handshake. This could be because my Draytek 2862 uses an older version than Ubuntu 24.04, but then that doesn't explain why the VPN using PPTP does work on my older X270 laptop (Running Ubuntu 24.04)
Some days, I think, "Why am I making my life hard with Linux? Just use Windows."
Sorry about that dear
