Not sure why, I know a lady who had lumbar spondylosis and her leg was always swollen. And same with a guy who had kidney issues. My guess is the kidney issues causes imbalance in salt leading to excess water retention and the gravity is doing the rest. But that's just a guess.

We don't have much to go on but I am thinking that the person with spondylosis probably has another condition which is responsible for the ankle swelling.

What do you think was responsible for the swollen legs in the person with lumbar spondylosis?
Maybe the poor circulation ??? I am just shooting blind at this point.
