Hello beautiful people. How are you holding up with these hot weather. So I decided to take a better picture shot of my just concluded piece and here we have it. What can you say about this?
The Atlantic swell, calming us through the night, in our fabulous minibreak in Figueira da Foz. Taking advantage of BTC megaboost + AllTimeHigh(s!) - where, even with my very basic investment + €85 p.m. income, what I spend one day returns the next!
I had half a glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling, movement exercises (Qigong), another half glasses of water with a capsule of magnesium. And I had a hot lemon for being ready for a walk for doing an errand.
Oh, and I've had a slight tingling sensation in my right foot since I got up. And it's still there, even after all the movement. I'm looking forward to the walk and how I feel afterwards.
I went to the mine site and come back to my lab cat and her children 🥺 she gave birth without meeeeee
now the kittens are probably a month old now 😭 but at least I'm back from the mine site. i can take care of them until they get adopted

Everyone should be careful afterall it's matter of life and death. Motorbike accident is on rise here too. Kids getting their hands on the sports bike and crashing it is common occurrence. 😕
