Everything is working correctly! Please try clearing your cache.
already done! reseting browser cache, used terminal cleared network cache. yet problem is there. i can't right click and open articles in tabs, i can't view posts normal like before. I posted screenshot below.

Thank you for report. This is caching issue, we will try to reset cache on server side and see if it solves your issue. You can try resetting your browser cache and see if it helps.
only the content and voting part is affected rest of the UI is very much intact with no issues. this is something different i feel. I tried resetting the browser cache and also did the msconfigs cache reset. no change.
Voting issue is new, what was your login method? What error are you getting when voting?
If you check the screenshot the block for voting and all is not visible under articles. on the other hand I can do that in waves.
I am also facing the same issue..
I'm using Android app and working fine so far.
