I struggled with it too but @clareartista told me that if you make 2 edits (or more), it should work. Give it a try.

What happened was that
I used extra tags in the blog so I couldn’t edit it
But I believe one of the testers helped me through it

It could be that you have too many characters in the edited version

I haven’t done any edit on it before and it was after publishing
Right, but maybe your edit added characters & took you over the limit. Try again perhaps, if the button turns a lighter blue u know to delete some
Have you tried updating the app or clear cache files sometimes those things affects it.
Haven't tried today but did yesterday and it worked though.
So just check to see if its update or clear those files in the app settings.

@fashtioluwa can you share some details of what you tried to update, blog body, title or tags. or is it that nothing works, no matter what you update....
It was the blog body I was trying to update
I found some errors in it after publishing and that was all
I know if the tags are much, it wouldn’t update but I just changed some spelling correction but the update button wasn’t coming up
I analysed your latest blog, there are a total of 11 tags, While the app can only entertain 10 tags, can you verify if the update button turns blue if you reduce a tag or two. For testing purposes
I have just done so and it worked
I guess it was from my end
Funny how I had 11 tags and the blog was published
Does the writing process now allow extra tags ?
That is what I needed to check, how did the app allow you to add 11 tags in the first place...or perhaps you used some other app to make the blog?
No, I used the Ecency app in making that blog which is why I was surprise I couldn’t make edit after it had published. Probably it was a glitch, it was Ecency app I used in publishing the blog
If I am not being annoying, just one more question, did you choose the Hive Learners community at the start of writing a blog or towards the end, or you did not select it at all. It would help me further root out the issue.
