It works for me. I posted an image. Then clicked the pencil icon. I removed the text for my image and replaced it with a different one. Clicked 'update'.
Remember to refresh.
I did refresh, and it didn't help. Nevermind.
I'm using Ecency app
As I noted in the original comment, I use Brave on Win11 desktop.
