    IBS is nightmare of the doctors too. There are some varieties of IBS.

    Predominantly constipation type
    Predominantly diarrhea type
    Mixed type

    The management varies accordingly.

    I think you already know that you need to avoid all of the dairy products.

    Mine is predominantly diarrhea type.

    Yes I do avoid all things that triggers it.

    Prevention is better.
