Add more weight to the inside for more resistance. For example, if you are curling with your right hand to build dem biceps, add little more weight on the side facing inwards and when curling keep it in the area where you feel most resistance untill you collapse then finish the set.
For example, on the pic above, more weight added to the right side as you lift up. Going not all the way down to rest before lifting again but keeping it feel resistance before you go back up again. This will give you some serious burn.
