Bro, i also don't prefer all time on mobile , while traveling or at home, or at the office. Even if the content will be educational or informative it must be in a short time instead of long hours. It will harm our eyes and it will also affect our health.

I think it depends on the reason why they are using the phone. If they have their eyes focused on their phone just because they are scrolling social media or other unimportant stuff then it is bad.
Right just for time pass or for even education purpose mobile scrolling continue over travelling or walking is dangerous 😊

That’s right! I even saw in the news about a girl who was using her phone and taking selfies while walking, and she didn’t realize she was near the gutter. She ended up falling into the river and drowned.

I love to be relaxed while travelling.... sometimes I don't even capture pictures...just enjoy the view... otherwise I used my phone mostly for capturing pictures 😝
