Is it sour or sweet? Ginger syrup, in my opinion, is a healthy drink and a good alternative to cold drinks. Cold drinks are never good for our health. How was your experience making this syrup?

It is sour and sweet. My youngest son made it yesterday because he wanted it for his tea and mine as well. I hope he will post about the process later on
