Sometimes, I try to chill out and take things very lightly. Other times, I pour out my heart to a trusted friend or a family member, or I just visit a new place to feel refreshed and regain my energy.
I try to avoid getting there the best I can but if I ever get into a space like that I just try to ride it out and let it happen. If I try to fight it, it creates more internal conflict which can be draining
I have several strategies, depending on how deep it has fallen:
Write. Although I then throw the paper in the trash, the important thing is to get negative thoughts out of your mind.
Go for a walk. If it can be close to nature, it’s better. I walk until I run out of strength. And I’ll come back better.
Wait. Let the day go by, taking advantage of it to do something I like even if I don’t feel like it. I let it be the sleep of the night that calms the pain. The next day everything looks better.
I also need to talk to someone I trust or listen to relaxing music.
I listen to emotional songs 😃😩
When I am emotionally down, I simply put my emotions into writings. And when I am feeling better, I love to travel and wander through nature.
That's amazing.
I will borrow the writing and see if it works for me.
Just try to hide the tears and emotions.
Won't it be better to let it flow 🤔
That's much better idea. After storm, everything seems very calm..
Exactly 😊
Will go with that.
Thank you very much for stopping by.
Always welcome 🙏 🤗

I can totally relate to this.
Because I do try most of these things.

You are so cool with avoiding getting there.
Mine just flows in anytime unawares, so annoying.
That's a cool way of dealing with it.
