My dear.
Don't carry so much weight by yourself.
Find a peaceful corner to yourself, clean it and rest up.
For the dishes try and ignore it.
Find a few that you will use, wash and make use of it.
Then hide it somewhere to use them often whenever you come back from work.
Don't over exhaust yourself and distorting your mental health.
I want to ignore it and just rest, but I am having a hard time resting when I know the house is dirty and everything is a mess 😅
