Hi @ecency please I directed someone to create account using ecency app.
He said the email sent to him doesn't contain “active key, posting key and memo key" only “password”.
How true is this, I can't ask him to forward the email containing his keys.
That will get him into his account where he can then see his keys by going into settings/permissions/import private key. In app it is Settings/manage authorities/set pin....
