After workout, I observe intermittent fasting from 5hrs -6hrs after waking up by 6am every morning. While on it , I take carrot and cucumber detox water to stay hydrated Staying healthy and eating healthy is good.

Enjoyment at its peak, even when fasting

I do this to shade my weight cos I am on a weight loss journey. I Skip breakfast but stay hydrated with carrot and cucumber detox water. Hope is not a bad idea.

Anyway am slim naturally so I dont fast I rather eat in between means to add weight
