The fee was sent via binance user id and the company still has its website functional.
I think new governance had no control over the funds sent to previous owner.
No the new owner got the funds. I have a friend in Israel who also runs an SMM panel I tried telling him to resolve this issue for me; but he could not help me out. Now I am looking for other smm panel owners who purchase in bulk from this one. This is messy stuff.
If the new owner had your funds, then its liability to oblige you and provide necessary service contract without obligation.
That's not a scam but refusal since they recognized the funds.
I think I should simply give up on this one because this is beyond my network grade. I dont have powerful connections to get me the refunds.
