Sort:  

The lazy-man thought (slothfulness)
The “what if it doesn’t work out” thought (fear of the unknown)
The “I don’t think I can do it” thought (low self esteem, incompetence )
The “I cannot do it alone’ thought (lack of believe in oneself)
The “I am scared of the outcome” thought (fear of the unknown)
The “I’ll do It tomorrow” thought (procrastination).

I think one way to help overcome Inertia is to get accountable.

You can have someone who holds you accountable on things that are important for you to achieve.

Scheduling your important tasks too can work.
But the first is more effective.
