In this case have a list of activities you need to do for that day. Tick done on them as you accomplish them, congratulate your yourself at the end of the day for the ones you could do. And move the rest to the next day. A calm sea is what you need. If you can steady the waves, in your head with some more organization (We don't mean to say you re not organized), you ll find the natural having it's way back. Sleep will come.
