Are all tumors in breast necessarily breast cancer ?

No not really but it will be good to have it in mind first before further evaluations. Not all breast lumps are breast cancers. There are several other bening causes of a breast lump. They all may need to be surgically removed and/or biopsied for histology to be certain they are not cancer. Thank you for your question.

Okay ✅. Thanks for the clarification

What are the symptoms and how to detect it way early?

The symptoms of breast cancer varies from person to person. It could begin with a lump, breast pain, abnormal discharge, change of colour over the skin, change of shape of the breast or even loss of normal skin texture over the area. There may also not be any symptom at all, some of these are only detected on routine self breast exam, clinical breast exam, breast scan or mammography. Thank you so much for your question.

Pls what is breast cancer

Hmm. That is one very tricky one. So a cancer is a term used to describe an abnormal growing cell in the body, it is called so when a group of cells have lost their grow control factors and such become either invasive or metastatic spread through and into other parts of the body. Sometimes when these cells originate from the breast they are called breast cancer. Breast Cancer needs also to be differentiated from secondary metastasis to the breast where there is a cancer from another part of the body which spreads to the breast.
Now there are several risk factors of breast cancer if you may like to know..

Wow this is very educative, so how does it physically affect breast and yes i'd like to know the risk factors involve

It can show up with either symptoms or detected in screening, you can check some of the answers to the other questions for the possible symptoms.
