We always put them in the oven, but never thought about putting them on a grill. Great idea! I have to remember this one!

What are these toppings? Parmesan?

Chorizo, jalapenos, black beans, black olives. We had pico de gallo for the tomatoes, cilantro and onion. Mexican shredded cheese and Cojita-which is similar to a grated parmesan.

Sounds very good. I love this all. My wife doesn't like olives and cilantro.

For me, it's not Mexican food without cilantro, but I know there are many people who don't like it!

I had cilantro the first time when I was eating in a Thai restaurant. At first I didn't like it because it was new similar when I ate ginger the first time. But with every meal I had it got better. Now I love all these herbs and roots.
