RE: Ecency waves Dec 14

Yes, but I share it with my son. I've been practicing intermittent fasting for nearly 8 months or more, and I don't feel hungry. But when I do eat, I eat a lot. Sometimes I just do OMAD (one meal a day) but if I do some heavy work, I start IF.

You must be feeling super healthy now. I read from somewhere the numerous benefits of fasting. Good job on 8 months.

So far, I loss weight, and my body feels a bit lighter. I don't often feel dizzy because I have high blood pressure. That's why I need to watch my diet carefully.

Oh! Am super happy for you? Am also proud of you because it takes so much discipline to start.

At the beginning, it was difficult to be consistent, and it took me about two weeks to adapt. Eventually, it became like a routine, and I didn't need to set an alarm for breaking my fast.
