Feeling that way is normal when it seems like you can't do what you want. But, remember: only seems like, not is. 😉

It's important that you think what is going well. Think about what you can be thankful for every day, give yourself some time to be with yourself, even if it's not enough. Do something you like. Go for a walk. Write. Small daily gestures make a difference.

Thank you very much for your words, I think this is one of those days when I feel like I can't anymore, I will try to move on.

Perhaps you need time to rest, found calm and think what is your next step.
