It’s your own space to post what you want. There are different communities that have their own posting rules, so be sure to read them where possible.
In general I think it’s best to be respectful of your future audience and use appropriate hashtags in your posts. If you want to post content that is NSFW, please use the #nsfw hashtag.
As for Ecency waves, I generally keep things family friendly. You’re more likely to get upvotes that way.
As for video, please consider looking at 3speak.
