Yeah, the turnover rates are a worry. One of my former companies had a high turn over rate because the workplace was so toxic.

What’s great about what you’re trying for? I’ll be transporting things all over an airport here (my day job is that but over a region instead, while this will be a singular location). Turn over is less from being toxic and more people not liking 14 hour double shifts and Texas heat (both of which are normal for me)
What's great about is permission to make people laugh but also a consistent income. It's also a smaller venue.
