Knitting is fun! I enjoy it.

I haven't gotten to the fun part yet, because I'm just learning the stitches... I'm having a hard time learning the names haha Any advice for a beginner knitter? 👀

Oh I looked at your photo again and it looks like you are crocheting! I know translate apps use the same word interchangably, but in English knitting is two needles and crochet is one hook. You have the one hook, yes?
I like the book, "Stich n' Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker," lol. It helped me to learn some crochet stitches.

Ah! Yes, it's a single hook, I thought it was called the same 🙃 wow... well, thank you very much for clarifying it so I don't continue using the wrong term 😅 Is there much difference between knitting with two needles and with one? Maybe, when I already know how to do some things in crochet, I will be encouraged to start knitting with two needles 😊 Thank you very much for the information, I will see if I can find that book in a bookstore or at book fairs 👀

The main difference is, with knitting (two needles), the tension is dictated by the needles (how loose or tight the yarn is). Whereas with crochet, it's more free form. So for me being a knitter since I was 11 years old, every time I start to crochet I have to practice for a bit because otherwise it will turn out wobbly because I'm not used to there not being needles there to keep it steady, lol.

Oh, wow... it reads like something very complicated 😦 I would have liked to learn to knit with two needles or crochet at that age, but only my grandmother knew and by that time, she had already forbidden it due to a vision problem 😳 I wonder how long it will take me to learn enough to make a decent figure haha 😆 Every time I see videos of people knitting or posts, it looks so simple 😅

Good luck mate I hope you would share your progress with us soon.

Thank you very much, I hope so 😌
