i'm guessing existing data is still encrypted & that they have notified users, but probably most oeopke just click Agree as they don't realize the implications.
That's one thing about the policies on software... It's usually very long articles that most people don't read but just accept or agree.... Sometimes I think the companies know this so can fix some clause in the long policy articles that most people won't read to notice
